LOs, F&S AUG 11, 08

A couple more LOs I did last month for Digitalfreebies. With my last few LOs, I'd been REALLY trying to go "super-FAST!" (anyone else watch Little Einsteins?? I thought it seemed a silly show but I'm actually learning a lot from it :D Mac... not so much, he only likes the rocket which he insists is an aeroplane)

It's not very good but I did manage to do this in about an hour, sort of. Finding a photo took me another 2 hours! I desperately need purple clothes for Mac :D

Yes, a little sloppy but yay me, I got it done in about half an hour & finding a pic took me only another 15 mins. It's not really finished yet though as I have a whole series of photos and I'll need to get the rest done first then decide where to put the journaling & details. This was taken on the 1st day of Chinese New Year 2006 in our own home in Kuching. Mac was about 6 months old then. His 1st CNY & 1st time in Kuching. I really like this kit, it's so easy to work with!

You must be thinking, eh?! :D I'm posting this for SPD's Gherkin Imaging Challenge - a photo with yellow theme. I'm obviously no photographer & it doesnt really bother me as long as I can see the faces well enough :D It was a little hard finding yellow stuff, lots of orange but not so much yellow. These are some of Mac's toys. The heart-shaped container was a Walls icecream box, Mac liked playing with all sorts of containers & from this, the heart is the first shape word he learned. A KFC 'chicky-bank' for Mac's money :D, soap bubble bottle and the rest are obvious. The torch which used to be our blackout emergency bedside light is one of his fave playthings and also one of the first few words he learned.
